The Cazorla Parador, set in the secluded, mountain scenery of the Cazorla
National Park, is an ideal spot for nature lovers who want to explore this area
and see some of the wildlife native to it. Located on a hill it offers wonderful
views of the surrounding hills which are covered with pine trees. Its swimming
pool, with impressive views, offers a chance to relax after hiking, cycling or
driving through the Park. On cold days the living room with its open fire is a
peaceful spot to sit and watch the world through the large windows.
'gachamiga' (flour, breadcrumbs and bacon), 'pisto' (tomato-based ratatouille)
and 'pipirrana' (tomato and cucumber salad) are some of the local dishes
available in the restaurant.
