The Ávila Parador is housed in a 16th century palace known as
Piedras Albas. Making up part of the city walls it offers a
magnificent atmosphere and a chance to explore the historical town
of Ávila. The large, bright rooms and beautiful decorative elements
create a harmonious place to relax.
Among some typical dishes offered in its restaurant are 'pucheretes
teresianos' (vegetable and pork stew), roast suckling pig and 'yemas
de Santa Teresa' (typical dessert).
