Obviously it is Real Madrid that most football tourists aim to see
on their visit to Madrid. If, however, you're in Madrid when Atlético are
at home you should certainly check out a game at their 55,000 Vicente Calderon
Stadium. As for their prospects this season, who knows? Atlético or
constantly the underachievers of La Liga so just maybe in 2007?Useful Links:

Espanyol play at the 55,000 seater Olympic Stadium at Montjuic
which was restored for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Visitors
generally time their visit to the city to coincide with a home game
of FC Barcelona. If however, that's not a possibility you
should consider a visit to an Espanyol match.Useful Links:

Malaga play at the 37,000 seater La Rosaleda Stadium which has been
their home since 1941 and was one of the group stadiums during the 1982 World
Cup. Matches here attract many foreign visitors who head up to see a game
from their Costa del Sol hotel. As they are now in the 2nd division
tickets will be easy to acquire on the gate.Useful Links:

Villarreal lies on the Mediterranean coast of Spain just south of Castellon.
Their stadium is the 23,000 capacity El Madrigal. European success in
recent years has put this small town on the list of stadiums to visit for
football tourists. Well worth a visit from resorts along the coast and tickets
usually easy to get at the stadium on th day of the match.
