Sotogrande lies on the Costa del Sol between Estepona and Gibraltar. It is very residential and probably not where you want to be if you are looking for British pubs and restaurants or even very much nightlife. It is however a good base if you want to golf at Valderrama or the Sotogrande Old Course or one of the other western Costa del Sol golf courses.
