Barcelona Yacht Charter
Port Olimpic in Barcelona was built in the run up to the 1992 Olympic Games.
The area is now the top spot in the city for nightlife with a wide range of
upmarket restaurants and attractive bars. Barcelona yacht charters are available

Star Charters who have two luxury motor yachts
available for charter by discerning clients.
Day charters, extended charters for a week or more and charters for special
events such as the Monaco Grand Prix or Cannes Film Festival are all available.
Such charters can originate in Barcelona before continuing along the Costa Brava
towards the French Riviera. Alternatively, guests can choose to meet the yacht
in France.
Yacht charters from Barcelona are popular amongst corporate clients who use
the service as an incentive or hospitality tool. If you're planning an exclusive corporate event these yachts provide an
ideal opportunity for rewarding the sales team or discussing new business with
prospective clients. Dinner is served in the onboard dining area prepared by the full
time chef. Corporate clients typically charter these yachts for several days
from either Barcelona, Valencia or Palma de Mallorca.
Several individual clients have chartered these yachts for private functions
including the supermodel Claudia Schiffer who recently celebrated her birthday
on board.
Barcelona Yacht Charter Rates
Single day charters are for up to 11 guests plus crew of 2. Charters for
longer periods are available for up to 8 guests sleeping on board.
The following charter rates (excluding VAT) include the services of the
yacht, skipper, hostess/deck hand, chef and mooring.
July & August: 5,000 euros per day.
June & September: 4,500 euros per day.
May & October: 4,000 euros per day.
All other months: 3,500 euros per day.
Public holiday charters and charters for special events such as the America's Cup
will be negotiated individually though July/August prices will normally apply.
Extended charters are charged for at the daily rate times the number of days.
Reservations for complete weeks are preferred in July & August.
Legal Matters
These yachts are fully licenced for charter cruising in the Barcelona region
including the popular Costa Brava resort areas and the waters of the French
Riviera.
They are registered under British Flag as commercial crafts in the British Lloyds
Part 1 Register. The
company is fully licenced to operate as a Charter Company in Spain and has
acquired all the necessary documentation to provide charter services throughout the Mediterranean.
No more than 8 guests can be on board for
overnight charters and a maximum of 11 on day charters.
