Spain Private Tour ... Itinerary 13
Madrid - Seville - Ronda - Granada - Cordoba - Madrid.
Eileen Levine and her group travelled down from Madrid to Seville on the high
speed AVE train and spent two days sightseeing in Seville before we began this
tour.
We met at 10am on Thursday 12th May at the hotel
reception in Seville and headed south in atrocious weather towards Jerez.
Our first stop was for sightseeing at the pretty white village of Arcos de la
Frontera from where we continued on via the Pueblos Blancos and Grazalema to
Ronda staying at the Parador on arrival. On Friday morning
the group spent some time sightseeing in Ronda before we headed down to the
Costa del Sol for the scenic drive east as far as Motril then north up to
Granada. The Alhambra Palace hotel was their chosen accmmodation located next to
the Alhambra Palace complex itself with views over the city of Granada.
 On
the Saturday morning they took a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace with
the weather now glorious before our late afternoon transfer to Cordoba via the
olive oil route of Jaen Province. In Cordoba they stayed at the Conquistador
Hotel for a couple of nights before taking the AVE back to Madrid and their
flight back home.
