Playa de las Americas on the southern coast of Tenerife, between the Municipio of Arona and Adeje,

Playa De Las Americas' proximity to the Parque Nacional del Teide, the island's
volcanic national park. The public bus service TITSA runs once a day from Playa De Las
Americas though you might want to spend more than a day exploring the mountain
slopes and the cool forests. Besides taking in the breathtaking beauty of the
park itself, you'll also have bragging rights about visiting the highest
mountain in Spain.
