The Vic-Sau Parador is located 14 kilometres from the town of
Vic which itself is about an hour north of Barcelona. On the banks
of the Sau reservoir this converted Catalan country house has large
windows with half arches offering spectacular views. The rooms are
all bright and spacious. This is an ideal spot for those who wish to
take part in any number of outdoor sports such as horse riding,
trekking and hot air ballooning.
The restaurant gives guests the chance to sample traditional Catalan
dishes some of which include Osona sausages, 'carn d'olla' (stew),
and anglerfish au gratin with ali-oli sauce.
