Ibiza Weather

The weather in Ibiza is what you would expect of a Mediterranean tourist destination, the summers are hot and dry and the winters are mild and reasonably dry.

At the height of the summer in July and August the daytime temperatures can reach 30ºC which is more than hot enough for sunbathing without being too uncomfortable but they may be even hotter in the afternoon. There is little or no rain from May to August though there may be the occasional summer storm which won’t last more than a couple of hours.

In winter the temperatures are still very pleasant and seldom drop below 10ºC and this combined with the many clear sky and sunny days allow locals and tourists alike to spend plenty of hours outdoors. The evening temperatures in winter will be fairly cood so if you are visiting Ibiza at this time make sure to take warm clothes too.

Most of the rainfall in Ibiza is also in winter with October generally being the wettest month.
