Cala Llonga Ibiza
Just south of Santa Eulalia on Ibiza's east coast is the small but well
established resort of Cala Llonga. Located in a beautiful bay with rocky cliffs,
the main attraction of the resort is its fine sandy beach which is very child
friendly making Cala Llonga a popular destination for family holidays.
Nightlife in Cala Llonga is fairly subdued with many visitors happy to rely on
entertainment provided by their hotel. All the facilities you'd expect of a
Mediterranean resort are available and there are enough bars and restaurants to
suit visitors. Many of the primarily British holidaymakers head for the 'La
Cantina Pub' for excellent British pub food washed down with a refreshing pint.
If the peace and quiet of the resort is appealing but the nightlife seems a
little too quiet then you can easily get to Ibiza Town or Santa Eulalia by bus
or ferry.
Accommodation is plentiful with a number of high rise hotels and a good
selection of self catering apartments. As well as visiting the beach, young
children will be amused by the playground on the beach whilst most hotel employ
entertainment teams to keep the kids busy during the day. Golfers can head to
the Roca Llisa course which is only a 5 minute drive away.
