Estepona is a resort on the western Costa del Sol which caters mainly to Spanish tourists. It is about 80km from Malaga airport but the road is motorway most of the way so the transfer from the airport shouldn’t take too long.
Many people come here year round to take advantage of the wonderful climate of more than 300 hours of sun per year and play golf. There are more than 60 golf courses on the Costa del Sol and many of them are in the Estepona area.
