When people talk about Benalmadena they generally mean Benalmadena Costa which lies between Torremolinos and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain. The other section, called Benalmadena Pueblo, is a small village inland from there which, although very pretty, is not where most tourists want to stay.
Benalmadena is only 15km from Malaga airport and you can book an airport transfer if you don’t have one included in your package.
