Altea Hotels

Altea ia a pretty and under developed town just north of Benidorm.  As yet there at not many Altea hotels but here we recommend 3 excellent hotels that you can book online at a discount.

We also provide information on some others that you can only book by phone at the moment.

Whilst in Altea You should walk or drive up the winding roads to the top of the Old Town and the magnificent church of Nuestra Senora del Consuelo which is well worth going inside to see.

Altea 5 Star Hotels Melia Altea Hills Resort Located in a quiet area between Altea and Calpe all of the rooms in this hotel have balconies with mountain or sea views.  The facilities live up to its 5 stars as does the excellent buffet breakfast but the evening meals could be better.  You will either need a car or else taxis to visit the town of Altea which has a good selection of restaurants.   Melia Villa Gadea Opened in June 2005 this highly recommended hotel is located right on the beach about 2.5km form the centre of Altea.  All of the suites and luxury doubles have balconies with sea views while the standard doubles have either sea or mountain views.  The bedrooms are all spacious and bright and the bathrooms all have jacuzzis.  There are 3 lagoon style pools which are connected, a gym and 3 paddles and also a spa.  The staff are friendly and welcoming and are keen to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Altea 3 Star Hotels Hotel Cap Negret Located just a short walk from the town of Altea this hotel is separated from the beach by only the promenade and the hotel has its own beach bar.  All of the rooms are a good size and have sea views, there is a large pool which is well kept and has plenty of sun beds around it and the staff are very friendly and helpful.  The hotel is easy to find just off of the Alicante to Valencia road.
